Exchanges

PLAE does not provide direct exchanges. Please see the Returns process outlined for more information. You may place a new order at any time for a different item. In order to receive an exchange you must reorder through the website. We do not send out exchanges.

Competition Terms

The participants must be 18 years or older and reside in the UK or EU members states, unless stated otherwise. Entries submitted after the official deadline are not valid. Salt-Water Europe employees cannot take part in any of the competitions. The participants must provide valid contact details we can use to get in touch. All the entries with invalid contact details will be disqualified.

On entering the competition you will be automatically signed up to our newsletter. We promise not to share your details with third parties unless stated otherwise.

Complaints

If we should receive a complaint about any part of our service (by telephone, e-mail or letter) then it will be dealt with promptly. We will reply within 5 working days. It will then be dealt with confidentially and effectively.
